My husband and I were purchasing our full time home in Florida - relocating from Massachusetts. Buying a home from out of state with two boys is stressful enough, but Roger made the process as easy as anyone could. He is extremely courteous, honest, patient, sharp, knowledgeable about the market in Florida and a brilliant negotiator. Roger isn't a broker selling you a house - he is concerned about selling you a HOME you will love. He won't rest until he finds what you love. He returns calls day or night - even weekends. Roger has navigated my last minute rental last year, and was our go to person for purchasing our new home this year. Our boy was our home buying process far from straight forward. My wife and I worked with Roger for over 3-4 months. We viewed close to over 30 homes prior to making a same day offer on a new listing. We tested Roger's patience, and he was not only very patient but also always available during what is a stressful buying process. Once we made an offer, this is when I managed to see Roger's years of experience. Every single time I thought our deal was going to come to an end, he'd come back with an even better deal. He negotiated initial price, several major/minor inspection findings and a big price drop when the home did not appraise. He did a lot of work in the background, and was great to work with! I have worked with Roger several times now and have known him for over a year. To start with, as a person he is classy, respectful, never pushy and very responsive/available! Navigating through the House buying process is very encompassing and there are many facets that need to be in place to make it work smoothly. he is the best realtor, gets back quickly with the answers you requested a pleasure to deal with.....you don't have to ask this man twice, it gets done and in a reasonable amount of time...he helped me find just the right house, right neighborhood, right price in a very short period of time which was crucial. i looked for and investment condo as well. he researches the qualities in the real estate your looking for, & only then we go look at it. he doesn't waste your or his time....
